Prices and Payments 3.1 All prices listed in our store include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€). 3.2 Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered by our payment gateway. 3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

  2. Shipping and Delivery 4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but generally ranges from 7 to 14 business days. 4.2 Maison Rosaline is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control. 4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect data.

  3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns 5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without the need for justification. 5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact us via email at: contact@maisonrosaline.com, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Photos of the product (in case of defect)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided via email). 5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging. 5.5 Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days. 5.6 We reserve the right to reject returns of used, damaged products or without valid justification.

  1. Legal Warranty 6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established by current legislation. 6.2 In the case of a defective product, the customer has the right to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

    1. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Maison Rosaline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website. 7.2 We reserve the right to modify the content of the site at any time without prior notice.
